School Marathon Relay
EVENT DATE: Thursday 13th October 2022
One of our annual fundraising events at Lismullen N.S. is our School Marathon Relay. The event forms part of our Active School Flag Programme. This event is about getting kids active and promoting a healthy active lifestyle. The first event was back in 2017 and is now one in which each child gets excited about participating in. The name of the game is to collectively run a full marathon 26 miles (42km). Every child is involved in running a section of the marathon in a relay format. The event is run by our friends at Fitter Younger, who provide official distance tracking and time keeping.

Road Safety 30th January 2010
General Election Candidates, Sharon Keogan, Thomas Byrne and Sean McCabe along with Meath County Council Road and Safety Officer, Mick Finnegan, will be at the school today (30th January 2010) from 2.30 to highlight the danger our children and parents face each day at drop off and pick up times. With the election coming up, we would love to see as many parents as possible there to share their concerns and highlight the need for a new school.
